Eco Lisse Clean provides eco-friendly cleaning services to residential, commercial, and rental spaces across New York. We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed without prior notice.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message.

  • Same-day and urgent cleanings depend on availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a fee.

  • If the team arrives and cannot access the property, it will count as a cancellation.

  • No-shows may be fully charged.

4. Service Limitations

For safety reasons, our team does not:

  • Move heavy furniture

  • Clean areas requiring tall ladders

  • Handle mold, pests, biohazards, or bodily fluids

  • Perform outdoor cleaning not included in the service

5. Payments

  • Payments must be completed before or on the day of service.

  • Additional tasks not included in your selected service may require extra charges.

  • Prices may vary based on size, condition, and location.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will return for a free re-clean of the problem area.

  • Refunds are not offered—only re-cleaning.

7. Pets & Safety

  • Please secure pets during cleaning for their comfort and safety.

  • We use eco-safe products, but disclose any allergies beforehand.

8. Damages & Liability

  • Our cleaners are trained and insured.

  • Any damage complaints must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, or fragile items.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide safe access to the property (keys, codes, doorman access).

  • Remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas.

  • Provide accurate information regarding space size and condition.

10. Use of Website

All content on this website — including logos, text, service names, and design — belongs to Eco Lisse Clean and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of New York.
